Please keep your email confirmation as proof of purchase. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure to the check-in desk at Albufeira Marina and present your ticket to the operator. While you’re waiting your turn, enjoy our Lounge deck and enjoy a 15% discount. See email for further details.

Question Where is the Pick up point?
You can board the boat at either Albufeira Marina or Vilamoura Marina. Please arrive 30 minutes before departure to the check-in desk.
Question Are there towels available?
Towels are available for rent at check-in upon security deposit.
Question Can we bring our own food or drink?
No, as there is a full liscensed bar, it is forbidden to bring food and drink on board.
Question What is the cancellation policy?
Receive a full refund if you cancel at least 36 hours before the experience starts.
