Whether it’s 18+, 19+ or 21+ requirements, the exact limit often depends on local liquor laws – and across Spain and Greece your best guaranteed-daytime party experience with open access is the Zante Boat Party, where DJs, drinks and swim stop fun come together in a relaxed group-friendly environment.
Do I need ID to prove my age? And will it actually get checked?
Yes and yes!
While age requirements tend to be similar across Europe, destination culture and event format can make a difference – for example, the Benidorm Boat Party is very welcoming for younger groups who want full party vibes, whereas island destinations may have slightly stricter ID checks on embarkation.
And we do check your ID – so please don’t risk it! Bring along your passport or driving licence so we can confirm you’re good to go.

What happens if I get turned away?
If you’re under 18, we don’t recommend buying a ticket because you will be turned away on the day and we won’t be able to issue a refund for you.
What about under 18s?
If you’re underage, you won’t be allowed on a party boat.
These are adult-only events, and Ultimate Boat Parties follows local laws strictly to make sure everyone is safe and the atmosphere stays fun.
